Building Permit Fee Schedule

Residential:

• $30.00 Application Fee
• $0.20 per sq ft finished, incl. 4-season additions
• $0.15 per sq ft unfinished (sheds, 3-season additions, etc.)

Commercial:

• $50.00 Application Fee
• $0.40 per sq ft finished (incl. heated or air conditioned warehouse, 4-season additions, etc)
• $0.20 per sq ft unfinished, unheated, etc.
